I played on it last HOFC a few months ago ... it plays very good. No problem adjusting from Tornado. As a back pin shooter from the 80's i can tell you that it is a very good back pin table. I think it is the best table out there at the moment, here is a vid doing a review of the table ...

We are in the midst of planning a Fireball event for early fall this year. More details to come in the future (give me at least a month) but the Fireball company is really great to work with and the table from all reviews seems to be incredible. Did you see the picture of Tony Spredeman standing on the 3 bar. It wasn't bent after he got off... Apparently the rods are light, strong, and fast.

The MSRP is $799 USD for the Pro Tour Model. At the Fireball tour kick off in Florida they are selling for $729 after being used in the tournament. I'm not sure what price I will be selling them for here yet, although I do have the distribution rights for western Canada. I am requesting that they put coin mech into the tables they ship me so that I can put some into locations. I am not sure how many I will have for sale either, because they ae only sending me 8-10 tables in the first run. Then they will be modifying the table after this first years tour. This is all a little bit premature so I am certainly not promising anything but this is at least all in the works a little bit.

<$1000 for a high quality table they will do well, IMO.

I agree, if the quality is there, they should sell pretty well. These and Warrior could spell the end for Tornado if their current manufacturing blunders keep happening.

the Fireball plays somewhat like a Tornado home table - less heft and solidness. That said, playability is close to T2-3000.
Single goalie and raised corners are the primary difference. I don't think the ball has been decided on (you may know better Will), but they played fine for me with several different balls.
I have not seen the coin op yet. The Fireball's I played on had some dead spots around the raised corners, which was the only defect I noticed, that was worth noticing

They told me that the cabinet would be as solid as a t-3000 by the time we would be running an event, they also said we could have coin mech's installed into the tables we would use, they have a few different balls to choose from, I'm not sure how that will work or if they will have it narrowed down.

Its a pretty good table. With the right ball it could be a great table. Its not quite as good as a tornado by any means but the rods are better. I seen johnny smoke some back pins. you couldnt do dead man for some reason, and the lines are different, the lines on the playing surface. Better than warrior worse than tornado.
