Edwards Original Message Posted: Jan 26 2011 3:10AM Police say three men in their early 20s were drinking and playing foosball this morning in north Fargo when the game got heated and two of them started fighting, resulting in one seeking medical treatment for facial injuries. Officers received a report at about 3:52 a.m. that one of the men had struck the other with a car jack after the fight spilled out of the house in the 700 block of Seventh Street North, Sgt. Mark Lykken said. The person who allegedly wielded the jack was punched and kicked in the face and sought treatment at Sanford Medical Center for a possible broken jaw, Lykken said. Police couldn’t prove that a car jack was used, so no arrest was made in connection with that reported assault, Lykken said, adding the case remains under investigation.
